4. Print and sign the influenza (flu) brochure.

Getting started with Foundation4ARTS is easy:

2. Familiarize yourself with the Parent Handbook.
3. Print and complete the registration (Terms & Conditions) form.
4. Print and sign the influenza (flu) brochure.
Please remember: all students need to be pre-registered before drop-off.
For your safety and convenience, we have a dedicated car line for both drop-off and pickup. Kindly note that our lobby remains closed.
Additionally, an annual registration fee is applicable for each student.

If you are already in our ProCare System, DO NOT re-enter your information in the online database!
We have updated our Parent Handbook and Terms & Conditions form effective 3/15/2019. Please ensure you have completed steps 2, 3 and 4 listed above.
If you are already in our system AND have completed the required paperwork, please call us at 850-878-ARTS(2787) to secure your child’s space.
